Pick up the scraper and scrape the water towards the hole. This will drain the boat of water within a couple of minutes. Please note that only one person can be on the boat when the valve is open. More than that and the water will zip in instead of going out.<\/p><h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Accessibility<\/h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>You can book a boat up to a few minutes before the start time, provided there is a boat available.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To make sure you get the day and time you want, we recommend that you book well in advance, especially on Saturdays which are particularly popular.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Extension of an ongoing trip:<\/strong><br \/>If the boat is available immediately after your booking, an SMS is automatically sent 30 minutes before the return time. The SMS contains a link where you can easily extend your booking. You can also contact us via chat or phone at any time.<\/p><h2>Group bookings<\/h2><p>If you are a larger group and need a lot of life jackets, please contact us in advance. We can then ensure that there are enough vests in the desired sizes.<\/p><h2>Debris in the propeller<\/h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>Avoid driving over visible debris, such as plastic bags, as these can easily get caught in the propeller.<\/p><\/li><li><p>If the boat unexpectedly slows down or the rudder starts to shake, it may be because something is stuck in the propeller.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Solve the problem by driving alternately 10 seconds at full speed backwards and then forwards. This activates a built-in mechanism that cuts the debris away from the propeller.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2>Rules &amp; safety<\/h2><p>Just like on land, safety rules must be followed on water:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>Safety always comes first &#8211; don&#8217;t take unnecessary risks.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Maximum 12 people per boat. If you are more, book an additional boat.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Keep to the right (starboard) and give way to boats coming from the right.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Drive at a speed that is safe and does not disturb others. The maximum speed of the boat is limited to the permitted speed of the canal.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Be clear about your course and position. At bridges and corners, make sure to be clearly visible to oncoming boats and fishermen. Pay extra attention at low bridges.<\/p><\/li><li><p>It is forbidden to drive a boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Avoid prohibited areas marked on the map, as these areas are used by regular traffic and can be dangerous.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Never moor your boat near trees, under or next to bridges, or in places where there are signs that it is not
